The following procedure will be implemented this year to try and enable all teams the opportunity of showers
There will be Four Change rooms on the day , The change room at the Ladies Toilet side be for the ladies teams to use and shower and the one at the field side be used by the men's teams .We ask that when a team has togged out , that they place their kit bags with their belongings in their coach or with a member of their club , this would then leave the dressing rooms available to the next four teams to tog out , when all teams are finished togging out and have stowed their gear away then this would leave the dressing rooms available to the teams who are knocked out of the competition for their use. we ask that as soon as teams have completed to leave the dressing rooms as soon as possible so as to allow other teams the same use .
